Our Mission.
At RSAAC, we believe lasting change begins with collaboration. Together with our coalition partners, we combine expertise and resources to support substance abuse recovery, promote awareness, and provide education that strengthens communities in Powhatan and Goochland. Our approach focuses on education, recovery, presence, and partnership.
